Wooki AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered fitness and nutrition app that generates personalized workout plans, tracks calories, and syncs with health apps. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: The email address or phone number you use to sign up and log in.
• Personal and body information: Age, gender, height, weight, and fitness goals, used to calculate your BMR, TDEE, BMI, and daily calorie targets.
• Workout preferences: Equipment you own, exercise experience level, and intensity preference, used to generate your workout plans.
• Health and fitness data: If you choose to connect Apple Health or Google Fit, or sync InBody weighing data, we access the health metrics you authorize (e.g. weight, activity data).
• Location data: If enabled, we use your approximate location to improve the accuracy of AI food scanning and calorie detection.
• Photos and camera: Images you capture for AI food scanning are processed to identify food items and estimate calories.
• Usage data: How you interact with the app, including workout history, session choices, and app settings.
• Payment information: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details — this is handled entirely by Apple/Google.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized workout plans and calculate calorie/nutrition targets
• To improve the accuracy of AI food scanning
• To sync your data with Apple Health / Google Fit
• To process and manage your subscription
• To send reminders and notifications you have opted into
• To operate our Refer a Friend program
• To maintain and improve the app’s features and performance

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers who help us operate the app (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics)
• Apple and Google, solely to process app purchases and subscriptions
• Law enforcement or regulators, only where required by law

5. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Health-related data is treated with additional care given its sensitivity. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You can review and update most of your information directly in the app (Fitness Profile, Login Details). You may also:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Delete your account and associated data at any time via Settings > Delete Account

Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — please cancel separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

7. Age Restriction

Wooki AI is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

8. Health Data

Health and fitness data (including data from Apple Health, Google Fit, and InBody) is used solely to power the app’s calculations and recommendations. It is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email.
