Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Wooki AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Wooki AI. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Description of Service

Wooki AI generates personalized workout plans and estimates calorie and nutrition information (including BMR, TDEE, BMI, and workout calorie burn) based on information you provide and data from connected services (e.g. Apple Health, Google Fit, InBody). These figures are estimates only, generated using established formulas and AI models — they are not guaranteed to be precise for every individual.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Wooki AI offers a Free plan and a paid Premium plan (Monthly or Annual), which may include a free trial period.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Prices are subject to change; we will provide notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers where required by law.
• Deleting your Wooki AI account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

6. Refer a Friend Program

Referral rewards (such as free months of Premium) are credited only once the referred friend successfully subscribes to Premium, in accordance with any additional terms shown in the app. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred.

7. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

Please read carefully.

Wooki AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workout plans, calorie targets, and other recommendations generated by the app are for informational and general fitness purposes only.

• Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition, injury, or are pregnant.
• You assume all risks associated with performing any exercise or following any recommendation provided by the app.
• Wooki AI is not liable for any injury, health complication, or damage resulting from use of the app.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with its operation, abuse the referral program, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Wooki AI (including the AI models, design, and branding) are owned by Wellverse AI Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid, except as required by law or by Apple/Google’s refund policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of AI-generated content, food scan results, or calorie estimates.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellverse AI Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
